Group Classes

Groups are limited to 6 clients to ensure maximum benefit and attention. These classes often incorporate small pieces of equipment such as:

  • fitness circles
  • fitness balls
  • flex bands
  • foam rolls
  • 2lb weights

Private Classes

One-to-one training includes a postural assessment and discussion of a client’s physical history. Classes are given using both mat and large pieces of Pilates equipment. Most significant are the individual needs and goals of each client, which will dictate the course of the training. Equipment includes:

  • Reformer
  • Wunda Chair
  • Spine Corrector
  • High Barrel
  • Small Arc Barrel
